Every order starts with a feasibility check. Sending a request does not reserve a slot or require payment.

Terms for this limited buying window
These are the conditions I’ll use when reviewing requests. The written quote confirms the details for your order.
- Service area. The standard service covers Taipei City shops and nearby locations that are practical by Taipei Metro or local transit. Every request depends on my planned route. Longer or separate trips require written approval and may cost more. I do not provide a general Taiwan receiving address.
- Item eligibility. I will only accept items that can be purchased, carried, and imported lawfully. Please describe the item accurately. Restricted, hazardous, counterfeit, oversized, or unusually fragile goods may be declined. Selected perfumes may be considered only for pre-arranged in-person Kuala Lumpur handover, subject to airline liquid limits and luggage capacity. Perfume is not available for courier, rider, or international forwarding. Malaysia-to-Taipei requests are reviewed individually and remain subject to applicable customs, quarantine, and airline rules.
- Price and payment. The quote will separate the estimated item cost, applicable currency conversion, service fee, any agreed extra errand cost, and delivery charges. The exchange rate used will be shown in the written quote. Wise is preferred for customer payment. Full estimated payment is normally required before purchase after written approval. Exchange rates, card charges, retailer prices, duties, and taxes can change.
- Stock and substitutions. Retailer stock is not guaranteed. I will not substitute a different item, size, or colour without your approval.
- Cancellation and refunds. Before purchase, I’ll explain any costs already incurred. Once an approved item has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind. Any exception depends on the retailer’s policy, what is practical during the buying window, and my written approval. Non-refundable fees and costs already incurred will be deducted.
- Customs and delivery. Goods will be declared when required. Items return to Malaysia first. Any applicable duty, tax, inspection, onward shipping, or destination-country charge must be paid as agreed. Delivery dates remain estimates. Perfume is limited to the Kuala Lumpur handover arrangement stated above.
